The Combined ESP & Bag House dust collector absorbs the technology advantages of the ESP and Bag House, suitable for various complex working conditions.
As the first part of the collector is ESP structure, it allows a comparatively high dust content in the inlet.
The ESP is very effective in collecting the large particles in the dust laden gas, while the fine particles are resistant and hard to collect by ESP, the second part of the filter is of Bag House style ensuring the efficiency of fine particle collecting.
Compared with the ordinary ESP, the Combined ESP & Bag House dust collector consumes less electricity and the particle emission is much lower.
Unlike the Bag House, which requires a high investment for the filtration bags, the Combined ESP & Bag house is partially bag house structured, it is efficient and economical.
